Everyone acknowledges and shows gratitude differently, so I highly recommend trying a few things out to see what works best for you. To encourage gratitude in your life here are a few things you could try today:

  • Keep a daily gratitude journal
  • Say thank you as often as you can
  • Write a Thank-You note to someone you truly appreciate
  • Take a friend for tea, bake them a treat or express your gratitude towards them

Anyway you can show your appreciation for others is a great way to spread kindness. It will positively impact others and have an incredible ripple effect onto the world.
