A virtual self-worth & mindset workshop for girls aged 11–14
This empowering 75-minute workshop was created for girls to feel seen, supported, and inspired to be their true selves. As someone who once abandoned her own dreams out of self-doubt, Robyn knows how important it is for girls to build confidence from the inside out. Through real talk, creative reflection, and practical tools, participants will learn how to befriend themselves, speak kindly to who they are, and take meaningful action from a place of self-worth.
What we’ll cover:

✨ Loving You (Self-Kindness) – Reframing negative self-talk and creating empowering affirmations

Who Is This Workshop For?
This workshop is designed for girls ages 11–14 who are navigating the big emotions and growing pressures of the pre-teen and early teen years. It’s perfect for girls who are kind, thoughtful, sensitive, hard on themselves, or who often compare themselves to others. If your daughter could benefit from tools to feel more confident, self-aware, and emotionally grounded, this workshop will meet her with compassion and encouragement. Whether she’s curious about personal growth or just needs a gentle reminder of her worth — this space is for her.
