This weeks inspiration Monday is a heart to heart for the one feeling overwhelmed. Is your plate full physically and mentally? Are you drowning in your to-do list? This is your reminder it’s okay to take a break. To pause, rest, reset, and come back to your tasks with a clear head and more energy. // At a previous job, I used to try to power through the day without breaks in order to get everything done, but I was a hot mess. I was exhausted, grumpy, and on the verge of tears every time a phone call came in. So, I took the breaks. Even with an hour less of work, I managed to accomplish what needed to be done, AND I felt much better. It turns out, you can get what you need to get done, even with a break to breathe, regroup, and refocus. Thanks for being here, I’m cheering you on!
