An affirmation a day keeps the negativity away! Okay, I may have just made that up.. but I do love affirmations and they do help keep the negativity at bay in my life. Affirmations are positive statements you can create and repeat often for self-empowerment and manifesting. I use them daily and am constantly re-writing them to focus on where I am in life, both personally and professionally.
In this episode, I cover the 4 P’s to keep in mind when writing your personal affirmations. The 4 P’s are: Positive, Personal, Present Tense, and Passion. I discuss how to keep affirmations positive, which words to avoid and which ones to include, as well as how to feel into the words and come to believe them (which is essential!).
